Christmas. We quote it here verbatim but the writer requested we remove

More and more people like me will probably be discovering your website: I have restless legs syndrome, and some other neurological symptoms that may possibly indicate "pre-Parkinson's." My uncle died with Parkinson's -- and having seen some of his struggle, I'm determined to do the best I can to stay healthy. I have a family history, and early neurological symptoms. The abstract of the study says, "Unlike synthetic levodopa treatment, Mucuna pruriens cotyledon powder treatment significantly restored the endogenous levodopa, dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin content in the substantia nigra." In addition, the drug appears to be therapeutically safe in the treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease." There you have it: safe and effective. And, from my point of view, natural and healthy. The fewer prescription drugs it takes to keep me going, the better! I can't tell you what a difference it makes for me to have just a few grams of velvet bean powder each day. Before bed, I take only a few grams and enjoy the best sleep I've had in years. That's huge, for me: restless legs syndrome had been robbing me of deep sleep for a long time, and nothing I'd tried had worked before. My other early neurological symptoms have improved enormously since taking mucuna: My occasional twitches and tremors have all but disappeared. Stiffness and aching don't plague me. My fatigue is gone. Best of all, I have a little spring in my step, a little urge to get up and get things done. That means all the world to me!
